EASYFIX innovative cubicle designs allow unrestricted lunge space ensuring cows can easily manoeuvre within the cubicle spaces. The unique design allows cows to stand up and lie down without fear of injury. The revolutionary EASYFIX Cow Cubicle is proven to maximise cow comfort and welfare.
EASYFIX flexible cubicle systems accommodate the size of each cow and encourage cows to lie correctly and for longer periods. Increased lying times combined with improved cow comfort leads to higher milk production. Flexible cubicle arms, rubber loop and rubber neckrail brackets provide freedom of movement into and out of the cubicle, leading to a significant reduction of injuries.
The fixed rubber coupling is designed to attach the neckrail to the cubicle. Its moulded natural rubber composition is cow friendly and requires no maintenance. The patented flexible rubber coupling is designed to accommodate larger cows and improves their comfort and welfare.

1. Galvanised Neckrail Clamps are easy to install whilst also providing structural integrity to the cubicle
2. Galvanised Clamps are easy to install and can be adjusted depending on requirements
3. Patented Cow Guide ensures animals are centered in the cubicle - improves lying position
4. Top Pipes - The top pipe will be slightly stiffer to aid the cow walking straight into the cubicle, therefore improving lying position
5. Flexible Rubber Loop allows top and bottom pipes to move independently of each other
6. 60mm x 60mm x 4mm Glavanised Post - Can be floor mounted or set in concrete
7. Galvanised Clamps are easy to install and can be adjusted depending on requirements
8. Bottom Pipes - The bottom pipe is flexible and does not hinder the cow lying down.

Siesta Cubicle
EASYFIX Siesta is a cubicle system with a single bend design for use in conjunction with sand-based or deep bed systems.
Calm Cubicle
EASYFIX Calm is a cubicle system with a straight flexible arm, designed for use in conjunction with a mat or mattress, deep litter beds and sand type systems.
Dream Cubicle
EASYFIX Dream is a new cubicle system with a two-bend design for use in conjunction with a cow mat or mattress type system.
EASYFIX has a wide range of cow mats and mattresses which greatly enhance cow comfort and productivity. These mats are designed with the comfort, safety and welfare of the cow in mind. The range includes straight edge and interlocking cubicle mats, foam mattresses and and sand saver mattresses.
Increased comfort means longer lying times which can produce higher milk yields, as cows lying down produce 5 times more milk versus standing. EASYFIX MG Max 4 (SuperGrip) has a ‘penny’ high grip surface and is ideal for use in walkways and collecting yards. The rubber mats provides a comfortable and confident walking surface for dairy cows. It is suitable for use with automatic scrapers and robotic scrapers, which have been adjusted for use on rubber floors
EASYFIX Libra i Rubber Comfort Mat
EASYFIX Libra i is an interlocking cubicle mat providing a good level of cow comfort at a competitive price, and is suitable for dairy and suckler cows. The mat is easy to install making it suitable for DIY installation with the ‘hammer top’ surface on the mat allowing for the ease of cleaning.

EASYFIX SR Slat Mat System is designed to improve the comfort, welfare and performance of cattle housed on concrete slats.
The reinforced design has a high grip profile and comes with a 5 year warranty. The cushioning effect of the rubber increases standing times at the feed fence which can result in higher feed intake and increased average daily gains.
