The same height as a standard box end gate, the 45″ Newforde, manufactured by IAE for James Smith Fencing.  This is a very popular heavy duty gate with 6 rails, a pendulum keyhole bolt and sleeved ends.  Suitable for use in farm and cattle yards, and anywhere a heavier option is required.
