JSF are proud to supply Steadman's profiled sheeting range across Mainland UK which includes box section roof, wall, liner and insulated panels, as well as traditional 3" corrugated sheets.  Drain dripstop, more commonly referred to as anti-condensation fleece backing, is an available option with both AS30R and AS13/3 profiles.  Venting comes as a popular option on the AS24 wall panels, and is very effective on agricultural buildings housing livestock.  The AS35 profile is mainly supplied in composite panels with insulation depths available from 40mm up to 120mm.

The profiles are supplied cut to length (minimum length 1100mm) in either plain galvanised, or the more popular Polyester (spray painted) or Plastisol (PVC coated), and available in a wide range of colours.  Steadman's can fold Flashings to bespoke designs within a maximum overall girth of 1220mm, and up to as many as 7 bends in lengths up to 6000mm.  A full range of galvanised Zed and Cee section purlins can also be supplied along with all associated components, such as anti-sag bars and braces.  JSF are stockists of a large variety of fixings suitable for fixing steel profiled sheeting, whether it be into timber, light or heavy steel.

For a quotation we need the building measurements, profile selection (roof or wall), profile finish (polyester or plastisol), colour required and whether flashings and fixings are required.  Options like vented, anti-condensation and composite can also be chosen.

Colour Selector

When selecting a colour for your sheet there are two choices of finish.  A Polyester coated sheet is a cheaper option but it isn't guaranteed to last as long.  A Plastisol coated sheet is more expensive but gives a better finish and lasts longer.  All colour choices below are available in a Plastisol finish, but only selected options are available in Polyester.  High volume colours are the cheapest option as these are the most popular.  Costs increase from standard colours to special colours. *Please note the colours shown aren't an exact match.  You can request a colour sample to be sent out for comparison if required*
